  Nach Doc Schoko sind Floating Di Morel (FDM), die seit immerhin 16 Jahren existieren, die zweite Band auf play loud!, die mir bis jetzt gänzlich unbekannt war. Beim label play loud!, das übrigens auch den Backkatalog der Monks betreut, handelt es sich um ein ausgesprochenes Liebhaber-Label, das einiges nur als Download anbietet, laut Label-Info wird aber bei über 50 Vorbestellungen für ein bestimmtes Werk die Produktion auf Vinyl oder CD gestartet. Wenn das keine kleinstrukturelle Betreuung ist, was dann? Bei FDM, der neben den 39 Clocks vielleicht interessantesten Psychedelic-Rock’n’Roll-Band Deutschlands, wird die Nachfrage nicht so gering sein: Die beiden Ex-PLOs Kai Drewitz (Gesang) und Sabine Blödorn (Tasten, Rhythmusmaschine) und dem erst später zur Band gestoßenen Thorsten Neu (Gitarre, Diverses) präsentieren mit »Said My Say« eine seltsam aus der Zeit gefallene Produktion.
