Dave died of heart failure. We did not only admire him as a musician, he was also a good friend. We will miss him. The screening of Monks - The Transatlantic Feedback at the REEL MUSIC FESTIVAL, PORTLAND, will be dedicated to him. His widow Irene Havlicek will be present.
